Polypoly - Terms of Use

1. Overview

Polypoly is a free search engine that rewards users with entries into a weekly lottery draw. Prizes are funded by advertising and affiliate revenue. Participation in the draw is subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country)
• Reside in an eligible country (including but not limited to the USA and countries in Europe)
• Create a Polypoly account
• Set Polypoly as your default search engine
• Remain an active user at the time of the draw

We reserve the right to restrict or block access from countries not supported.

3. Weekly Lottery Draw

• Draws are held every Monday.
• Winners are randomly selected from users who were active and had earned entries during the preceding week.
• Prize pool is variable and funded by ad/affiliate revenue.
• Winners will be notified via email, and prizes will be sent using the email associated with the user's Account.

4. Earning Entries

• Using Polypoly as your default search engine
• Referring friends (bonus entries upon their signup)

Each friend you invite earns you 10% of their winnings for life.

• Participating in special promotions (social share, ...)

5. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any method to simulate user activity is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts engaging in suspicious behavior, including mass creation, fake referrals, or artificial search traffic, may be suspended or permanently banned.
• We reserve the right to void entries or winnings obtained through fraudulent means.
• Users must engage in normal search activity and avoid intentionally generating false clicks or artificial behavior.

6. Accounts and Privacy

You agree to provide accurate and current information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the entry system.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services or failure to win a prize
• Delays or errors in prize distribution due to incorrect user information or external issues (e.g., email failures)

10. Payment Terms

Prizes will be paid via PayPal or bank wire within 7 days of validating your payment details in your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Paris, France.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
